Aleph – Like A Fire

This is the second 12″ single from the new Aleph album “Like A Fire”. The album title track comes out in three new mixes. Extended Mix has the same strong Eurobeat synth riff that the original album version has, but otherwise the style is more close to typical 80s Aleph sound; pumping bass line, a very strong chorus arrangement, with more peaceful parts in between. The Dub Mix is built up in the same way as Gelmetti did it in his alternative mixes in the 80s; lots of stripped instrumental parts underlining the percussive details, frosted with some vocals by the incredible voice of Giancarlo Pasquini. The third mix, “Ri-Mix” (by Fabio Ricci), has a different approach to the song, with a lighter arrangement, but with a strong and danceable groove. “A must have” for every Aleph fan.
